You Don’t Have To Grieve Alone
Grief can feel isolating. But healing happens in connection. Join a support group for adults who have had a parent, spouse, adult child or sibling die.
Find Your People
There is something uniquely healing about being with people who truly understand - without having to explain everything. These small groups bring together adults who have experienced a similar loss and are at a similar stage of life. You’ll find understanding, compassion and a sense of belonging
You may be surprised how much healing comes from simply knowing you are not alone.
Groups Are Organized By Age And Relationship
To create the greatest sense of connection, groups are formed based on both your age and the relationship to the person who died.
Examples:
—Adults in their 20s and 30s who have had a parent die
—Adults in their 40s, 50s and 60s who have had a spouse die
—Adults who have had a sibling die
—Adults who have had an adult child die
*Additional groups will be formed based on interest and enrollment*
This Is A Support Group - NOT Therapy
These groups are not psychotherapy and are not a substitute for individual or group therapy. The focus is on peer support, connection, shared grief experience, and the healing that can come from being in community with others who have experienced a similar death.
